Quantum Empowerment and Motivation (Jason Firmani), was set up to address, deliver and supply affordable coaching, training needs, wellness, workshops and motivational speakers for the Corporate and Private sectors to be empowered on all levels. 

In conjunction with Coaches and Therapists, Quantum brings you an innovative concept in sustained performance coaching whether on a one-to-one basis or working with group dynamics.  

I have partnered with (Sheryl van der Hoef), to present and conduct a workshop called POS + Effect which stands for Personal Operating System. This workshop is open to individuals and well as corporates and instills sustained performance.....................................

We also offer teambuilding BOXOFFICE style which takes place in The Box Office boxing gym under the guidance of one of South Africa’s greats,  Anton ‘The Irish Terrior’ Gilmore.
